North Valley Survival Skills is the organizer of courses and workshops led by internationally acclaimed survival expert, Toby Cowern. Toby Cowern teaches Wilderness and Urban survival skills courses to all ages. In addition we provide other courses about violence, self defense and safety. The courses about violence are taught by Rory Miller, author of Meditations on Violence.
